Your Enrollment Advisor is assigned to assist you, answer your questions and guide you through admissions. Each Course Instructor is responsible for the design of the course and ensuring that your learning needs are being met. The Course Facilitator will be your guide for completing course assignments, meeting course learning objectives, participating in chat and interaction sessions. A Program Manager is available to help you with any administrative needs you have. Your fellow peers will be interacting regularly with you in your small learning group. Help Desk Support is available if you have any problem with the course technology. The UC online library is one of the best in the world, and is available anytime, anywhere. All in all, your support continuum extends from the day you inquire about the program until the day you graduate, acting as a failsafe network to ensure your success!
